At Oswaal Books, we strive to ensure every student and educator is satisfied with their purchase; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect book, you can initiate a return within 5 days of delivery. We are committed to providing a seamless resolution through replacements or refunds to support your educational journey.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear images of the book's front cover, back cover, and any specific defects or damages to help our team validate your return claim.

• 3.
  Package Pick-up

  Once approved, keep the book in its original packaging with all invoices included for our courier partner to collect from your address.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the returned item passes our physical inspection, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement copy.
